David Duchovny & Tea Leoni Back On, Get Matching Tattoos
David Duchovny and Tea Leoni are back together, and have sealed their reconciled marriage with brand new matching wedding ring tattoos. The couple announced the end of their 11-year marriage in October 2008 while Duchovny entered rehab for sex addition, but have since worked out their differences.
To celebrate their reunion, David and Tea took a March vacation to the Caribbean island of Mustique, and got matching tattoos on their ring fingers while there. Speaking with Star magazine, David said:
“I hate wearing the metal because I bang it everywhere and hurt myself. We made a compromise and I said, ‘If I get a tattoo, can I take the ring off?’ She liked it and went out and got one for herself.”
While David has been open about getting the tattoo, he won’t explain what it means.
“It’s a phrase we say to each other but I don’t actually tell anybody. It’s AYSF. It stands for something.”
