After being rushed to the hospital earlier this week, Amy has called off the gig. It was the third time in three months that she has been hospitalized. Although no one is saying specifically what her ailments have been, we can tell you this: crack doesn’t do the body good.

Amy’s management company issued the following statement:

“Amy and her band will no longer be performing at the Shepherd’s Bush Empire on May 31. Amy would like to apologize to her fans who bought tickets for the shows.”

The statement also added that refunds will be issued at point of purchase.

Amy Winehouse has been working on her third album, which she began while vacationing in St. Lucia, and requested that Snoop Dogg meet her in the studio to collaborate on a series of singles. According to The Sun, Snoop brought along some good stuff, and although Amy showed up “buzzing with ideas”, the two were soon too stoned to do anything productive.

A source revealed:

“They were working at a frenetic pace at first but as the day wore on and more smoke breaks took place, the work rate slackened. By the time their studio time ended they had a pair of tracks sketched out but no finished product.”

It could be worse, at least she’s not back in Camden smoking crack with Blake.

Amy Winehouse’s record exes are pissed that she’s been working with Gorillaz instead of her own album, but according to The Sun, she has at least been working on some of her own material lately.  After learning that her estranged husband Blake Fielder-Civil may have fathered a child with another woman while in rehab, Amy is said to have penned a new song.

Hours after hearing the news that Gilleen Morris, 31, conceived a child with Blake, 27, in a Sheffield, UK rehab clinic, Amy went to her studio in the Caribbean island on St. Lucia and wrote the emotional song, which is said to repeat the famous line from her biggest hit, Rehab: “No, No, No.”

A source said:

“Amy still felt they had something between them and that one day they’d be together again. But this news destroyed her.

“She sat down with her guitar and started writing The Ultimate Betrayal.

“She keeps repeating the line: ‘Blake a baby, no, no, no.’ It’s very haunting.”

Amy is supposed to finish up her third album within two months.  Her Grammy-winning 2006 album, Black to Black, was mostly written about her turbulent relationship with Blake prior to their marriage.

Another insider adds: “Eminem has followed Amy’s career closely. They have both had drug addiction issues and he empathises with her and hoped to feature her on Relapse.

“His idea was to make a track as magical as Stan. But unfortunately Amy declined.

English tabloid newspaper The Sun, which released a video of Amy Winehouse smoking crack a few months ago, has reported that Grammy Award winner is back on drugs. Friends close to the singer told the paper that she is using cocaine, ecstasy, cannabis and alcohol. Winehouse was clean for ten days as she was eagerly trying to make the Grammy Awards but slipped back into addiction after visa problems made it nearly impossible to visit the United States.

The Sun quoted a friend who told the paper Winehouse stated:

“My life is a shell of what it was. It’s like the whole world is now stillborn. Colours aren’t as bright, love doesn’t feel real. I don’t know who I am and I just feel numb.”

Just a thought: Maybe if Amy stopped smoking crack she would feel better.

11 Days in rehab didn’t teach Amy Winehouse anything. The ‘Rehab’ singer may soon be heading back judging by pictures shot last night. Winehouse was wasted on a night on the town and even spotted drinking. I don’t think they like junkies reverting back to their old ways only weeks removed from Detox.

“Blake has to pay for his gear somehow – and he has no qualms about cashing in on his wife’s fame. He’ll take orders from other inmates then ask Amy to bring in signed photos of herself during visits. Once he’s back on the wing he’ll swap these for Joeys (slang for Heroin).”

Wow, that is one classy individual.

Clearly distressed over the news that her incarcerated husband had nearly died overdosing on toxic mix of heroin and other potent drugs over the weekend, Amy Winehouse showed her sadness with a single black tear below her eye.  Amy used her trademark black eyeliner to draw the tear on her face.

She is currently battling her own recovery from crack and heroin addiction.  Her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, almost died this weekend after an overdose while in prison.  This came after he was put in solitary confinement for failing random drug tests three times.

Blake Fielder-Civil, Amy Winehouse’s imprisoned husband, nearly died of heroin overdose. News of the World says that the 35 year old needed an emergency procedure to save his life. They quoted a source that works in the prison who said:

“This was a close call, but he might not be so lucky next time. If he carries on taking so many drugs, he’ll end up dead before long.”

Blake has continued to manage to feed his addiction to drugs in the jail as he has failed three drug tests while being jailed. Winehouse’s hubby hasn’t even be formally sentenced for the charges of attempting to pervert the course of justice.
