Barron Hilton,18, joined his big sister in obtaining a DUI. Police in LA-LA land stopped him at 8:30 AM (he must have had some kind of night) and charged him for the infraction. Being a first time offender he will probably receive probation, a stiff fine, and a licence suspension.

His father, Rick Hilton, will speak to the media after he learns the details of the case. He stated:

“I haven’t been contacted yet by either my son or the police. If what I have heard is true, it is very disturbing and I will have a lot to say — but it will be to my son, not the media.”

Barron blew a .14 on the BAC test. I wonder what that would have read at 4 am!
