Morgan Freeman is having a rough week.  He is currently recovering from injuries after he flipped a pal’s Nissan in Mississippi, and now it has been revealed that the 71-year-old star is divorcing second wife Myrna Colley-Lee.  The couple wed in 1984, and according to Freeman’s laywer, Bill Luckett, they parted ways in December.

Freeman underwent nearly five hours of surgery on Monday to repair damage to his left arm and hand and reconnect nerves that were injured in the car wreck.  Following the surgery, a spokesman for the “Dark Knight” star said that he was in “good spirits” and was visiting with friends and family on Tuesday, as well as walking around and looking forward to his release from the hospital in a few days.

Freeman was injured in the crash on a rural Mississippi Delta highway while driving a car that belonged to Demaris Meyer, 48,  a friend of Freeman and his wife.  Meyer was not seriously injured in the crash. Police are still investigating, but heavy rain in the area where they were driving is believed to have possibly played a part in the accident.

Hulk Hogan is in steaming hot water with his daughter Brook after sleeping with who she calls her best friend. Christiane Plante, a 33 year old who has been a longtime associate of the Hogan family, had a torrid affair as Hogan were wrestling (pardon the pun) through a divorce. Brook is pissed at her dad and Christiane writing scathing blog posts the past two days:

It gets worse for the Hulkster. His lover confessed her sins (for a price of course) to the National Enquirer where she told the gossip paper:

“My relationship with Terry [Hulk Hogan] began at a time when Terry and Linda privately knew their marriage was ending. She had left him already, although no official papers had been filed. Terry is a good man, good father and a good friend, and he and I grew close at a time when he was going through a very difficult period. It seemed right then, but I know it was wrong.”

So let us recap. Wife leaves Hulk. Hulk sleeps with daughters best friend. Daughters best friend tells the world. Daughter (and likely ex-wife) pissed. Bad day for Hulkamania.

Pamela Anderson cited fraud in her divorce papers against her ex Rick Salomon. The couple were only married for two months. The former Baywatch babe wants to annul her marriage against Salomon who is best know for his X-rated video with Paris Hilton.

The Britney Spears family reunion (sans K-Fed of course) happened today. Federline’s scumbag friends people dropped off her two sons today at Britney’s home. Jamie Spears, Brit Brit’s father, and a psychiatrist were there as well as part of the agreement reached yesterday.

I wonder if seeing the kids will screw Britney up even more (if that is even possible) as she may realize how badly she has screwed things up….

Pink left a message on her website thanking her fans for their support.

She writes:

The most important thing for you all to know, is that Carey and I love each other so so much. This break up is not about cheating, anger, or fighting. Pink’s publiscist have released a statement saying that the star singer has split from her husband of two years.

The statement read:

“Pink and Carey Hart have separated. This decision was made by best friends with a huge amount of love and respect for one another. While the marriage is over, their friendship has never been stronger.”

We already told you that Britney Spears wanted to be gagged, now Ok! Magazine has said that Visitation will be an issue today as the court battle with K-Fed continues.

OK! Writes:

“She has regular conversations with the boys,” a source close to the Spears family confirms to OK!. “But obviously since they’re so young, there’s only so much connecting you can do over the phone.”

However, sources tell OK! that it’s unlikely the Commissioner will grant any change in the current visitation privileges until a complete psychological evaluation is completed.

Britney Spears, or is it her father calling the shots, has asked the Los Angleles courts to put a gag order in the media circus divorce trial that focuses on the custody of her children. When court resumes on Tuesday, her lawyers will seek to have a gag order placed on all parties involved as they grow tired of having so much news leak out on the goings on in case.

Mark Vincent Kaplan, who is part of K-Fed’s legal team, says that it probably do much good even if is put in place. He told OK! Magazine:

“A gag order isn’t going to effect the paparazzi from following Britney or talking to her,” and adds “I think the protections already in place will do the trick,. A large portion of the court documents are already sealed and the court has often granted the motion to close the courtroom.”

Wouldn’t you love to read about the torture that Paul McCartney inflicted on Heather Mills during their brief marriage. Mills would love to write the book and McCartney is doing his best to keep it from coming out. Mills reportedly wants to settle which McCartney is open to on one condition: No book that discusses their troubled marriage.
