“I’ll make her look like a little girl”

Ouch! I hope when  Macpherson flies back to America she doesn’t encounter a slighted  Minogue at Australian customs.

Nicks recently told Extra,

“You have to pay dues to be a real rock star.”

She continued saying,

“It’s different in that Britney did not join a band when she was 18 and practice every day for five hours Monday through Friday and then play gigs Friday, Saturday and Sunday.”

I think it’s time to set Ms. Nicks straight:

1.  Britney Spears isn’t a rock star.  We all know that, and she probably does too.  What she is is a POP STAR.  Britney doesn’t do rock, she does pop.  Duh!

2. Although she wasn’t joining a band and practicing her instrument, Britney was singing, acting, and dancing well before the age of 18, and thanks to her pushy stage mom, we’re pretty sure she was being run ragged.

In other words, Stevie, shove your holier-than-thou attitude where the sun doesn’t shine!

Page Six Reports:

“Derek was trying to flirt with Sienna Miller but she didn’t know who he was and could have cared less,” our spy reports. “Also, he asked that people not smoke cigarettes near him.”

Now I understand why our national pastime is not an Olympic sport anymore…..

Osbourne and his wife, Sharon, are hosting the Brit Awards (hide all bats unless you want to see a head bitten off). McCartney did offer this words of wisdom to his fellow rock n roll icon. Macca stated:

“You can either go for something wow or just do a couple of hits – I’ve opted for the latter. “I’m quite happy to be just doing stuff that I hope the audience will like.” the legend added, “This year will be outstanding – because Ozzy is presenting.”

Boston’s hit “More Than a Feeling” has been a staple of the Mike Huckabee campaign for months blaring while Huckabee outlines his (bad) plans for America. Tom Scholz, the Boston founder who wrote the song, pulled a John Mellencamp and said please stop that.

He wrote the former of Govenor of Arkansas and stated:

While I’m flattered that you are fond of my song, I’m shocked that you would use it and the name Boston to promote yourself without my consent. Your campaign’s use of ‘More Than a Feeling,’ coupled with the representation of one of your supporters as a member ‘of Boston’ clearly implies that the band Boston, and specifically one of its members, has endorsed your candidacy, neither of which is true.

While I may not agree with John McCain or Huckabee this how business of “don’t use my songs” is getting tiresome, isn’t it?

Not only was she dissed, but the very same weekend, her new movie, The Hottie and the Nottie, had an awful showing at the box office.

According to the Mirror, who were in attendance at the awards ceremony, they were “flies on the wall for the mother of all cat-fights between the pair.” Here’s what they claim went down last night at Timbaland’s exclusive pre-Grammys party at Avalon:

We watched open-mouthed as Lindsay pointed at Paris and snarled: “What the hell is that bitch doing here? I didn’t know she was on the list.”

To which Paris spat back: “F*** off you bitch.”

The reason behind their public spat is apparently a man, Timbaland himself to be specific. No, they’re not interested in dating him (at least we don’t think so), but rather, they’re interested in using him to help their scant music careers. According to a source close to the pair who spoke with the Mirror, “Both saw the party as an ideal way of getting him on side – but they didn’t count on the other being there.”

Lindsay was the first of the two to arrive at the party, and didn’t waste any time making her way over to the producer. But then in walked Paris and her entourage, who seated themselves closer to Timbaland.

The Mirror says :

Lindsay began fluffing up her hair extensions and launched into verbal attack. After her outburst she flounced past Paris, giving the hotel heirhead a death stare.

And taking a huge swig of Red Bull, she made her move – clambering over a sofa towards her prey. Not to be outdone, nimble Paris hurdled a barrier and flung herself at him first.

Apparently both of their desperate moves didn’t impress Timbaland, who stared blankly at them before wandering off.
