Lily Allen joins the growing list of celebrities who got engaged on Christmas. The British singer's boyfriend, Sam Cooper, proposed to her on Christmas Day while they were vacationing in Bali.

Lily was said to have been brought to tears when he proposed. Sam is said to have popped the question on their hotel's balcony at sunset. Later that evening, they celebrated by drinking champagne and cocktails with random guests at the hotel bar.

A source revealed:

Looks like Lily Allen drank herself silly again. The British songstress had a little too much fun performing at Big Day Out Festival in Australia and passed out on the ground. Mind you, it was still broad daylight.

Lily Allen on all the media attention she has been getting on her US tour:

Lily Allen is out nearly $7,000 when a stripper used her name in an identity theft scam. The stripper used Allen's account at a London Taxi company and rang up some outrageous charges on the singers behalf.

"One of my biggest luxuries in life is taking cabs. Then I found out a stripper had stolen my details and run up a £3,500 bill. She was using my taxi firm to drop her off for work at her strip club every night - and charging me."
