Two weeks after making the announcement that he had proposed to longtime girlfriend and baby momma Camila Alves, actor Matthew McConaughey is already said to be busy planning their wedding. It will reportedly be in Alves' hometown in Brazil.

A source revealed to Life & Style:

"Camila wants to get married in Brazil with her family all around. She misses the food and the people there, so she's planning a big beautiful Brazilian wedding."

Matt and Camila have been together for five years and have two children. The source adds:

"She's been asking Matthew to put a ring on it forever. She's so happy. It's like a dream."

Mario Lopez brought television cameras with him to propose to to girlfriend Courtney Mazza while the two were vacationing in Ixtapa Zihuatanejo, Mexico, with family and friends. In the video proposal, the "Extra" TV host said:

"I've come to the conclusion that I'm never going to meet another woman as special and amazing as the one that I have and I think she's finally succumbed to my pressure and will take me. So we'll see, I hope."

Lopez then shows the camera a wooden box with a diamond ring inside, and adds"

"I'm debating if I should do the box like this - BAM! Like they do in 'The Bachelor'?"

The 38-year-old then notes that the "sun's almost setting, the family is there ... so we're good to go."

The full proposal will air in a segment on "Extra" on Wednesday. Mario and Courtney have one child together, 15-month-old daughter Gia.

After infamously being unable to commit to marriage with Kylie Minogue, it looks like Olivier Martinez has gotten past that fear with his new woman, Halle Berry. Martinez and Berry are said to be engaged!

Halle was spotted out and about with a shiny new ring on her wedding finger. Married twice before, Olivier would be the actress' third husband.

Insiders have come forth to reveal that the couple are officially engaged. A source says JT popped the question while in the mountains of Jackson, Wyoming, saying:

"Justin knows how much she loves snowboarding and the mountains, so it was the perfect place."

The source also notes that after their split in 2011, Biel wanted to get back together. But, she didn't just want to be his girlfriend - she wanted to get married. The insider added:

"When they reunited, they had a conversation about taking the next step."

Prince William and Kate Middleton are set to recieve a set of coloured diamonds called the Rainbow Collection from a billionaires in Saudi Arabia. The set is a 301 piece of colored diamonds.

The set was nearly purchased 30 years ago for Princess Diana and Prince Charles but the owner didn't want to part with them. This time, he would let them go as long as they go to the British Royal Family.

The Daily Mail reports:

"Lots of Middle Eastern investors are keen to buy the collection and give them to William and Kate because it would be a huge badge of honour.
"A deal is now very close to being done and an announcement is set to be made soon. Mr Elzas is due to retire soon so is looking to sell. But he will only sell if they go to William and Kate. He thinks it would be a fitting gift for the couple."

That wedding gift would be a show stopper to say the least.

Kelsey Grammer is in the midst of divorcing his third wife, Camille, which will cost him $50 million. He's also newly engaged to Kayte Walsh.

Celeb Buzz is reporting that LeAnn Rimes new diamond engagement ring is worth a whopping $85,000. The diamond is said to be a 5 carats encased in platinum and rose-gold. Rimes tweeted about the new hardware today saying:

Reese Witherspoon is ready to give marriage another go. Her rep officially confirmed that she and Hollywood agent Jim Toth are engaged. The rep said:

"They are extremely happy."

Witherspoon, 34, began dating Toth, 40, in January 2010 following her split from actor Jake Gyllenhaal. They went public with their romance in March.

Toth is an agent at Los Angeles' Creative Artists Agency, where Witherspoon is a client. Toth, however, does not represent her.

Lily Allen joins the growing list of celebrities who got engaged on Christmas. The British singer's boyfriend, Sam Cooper, proposed to her on Christmas Day while they were vacationing in Bali.

Lily was said to have been brought to tears when he proposed. Sam is said to have popped the question on their hotel's balcony at sunset. Later that evening, they celebrated by drinking champagne and cocktails with random guests at the hotel bar.
